Commercial Real Estate Market Improving throughout U.S.

According to the latest Commercial Real Estate Market survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) all of the major commercial real estate sectors in the United States are improving in fundamentals.
NAR chief economist Lawrence Yun stated that vacancy rates are improving throughout every sector which is a result of the sustained job creation increasing the demand for space. NAR predicts that vacancy rates will continue to fall throughout the next year 0.4% in the office sector, 0.8% in industrial real estate, 0.9% in the retail sector and 0.2% in the multifamily rental market.
