Reports showed that the South Florida commercial real estate market was improving due to the surge in international trade last month and now there’s news that others are making improvements as well. According to the National Association of Realtors‘ recent Commercial Real Estate Market survey all U.S. CRE markets are showing signs of improving. Chief economist Lawrence Yun stated that one of the main reasons for the improvement is due to sustained job creation, which in turn is increasing the demand for space.

The National Association of Realtors is also predicting that within the next year vacancy rates will decline 0.4% in the office sector, 0.8% in industrial real estate, 0.9% in the retail sector and 0.2% in the multifamily rental market.
