Coral Way is the principal route connecting Downtown/Brickell with Coral Gables. Recently the Coral Way median has been enhanced with banyan trees, tropical foliage and dramatic uplighting along with new construction and renovations. This 7,200 square-foot retail center is across from a newly renovated “Vertical, Big Box” known as Miracle Market Place, already contributing to superior traffic counts with an array of national retail leaders, including: Nordstrom, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bally Fitness, PetSmart and Marshalls. 3202 Coral Way is currently occupied by a Benjamin Moore Paint Store and Healthland and is fully leased.
