Office vacancy dropped a bit in South Florida at the end of last year, according to the South Florida Business Journal and based on a report from Cushman & Wakefield. The vacancy in Miami-Dade County fell by 0.3 percent from the third quarter to the fourth quarter last year. Office leasing rose nearly 22 percent in 2010, reaching 2.6 million square feet....
