Mortgage Rates Reach Record Lows

Back in October it seemed as if mortgages rates had reached an-all time low, but they have dropped again setting a new record. The average rate on the 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 3.94% matching October's numbers while the 15-year fixed-rate loans set a new record low of 3.21%.
