The principals of Urbanism Group are seasoned real estate professionals and entrepreneurs with years of experience in the acquisition, zoning, development and management of property throughout Miami-Dade County. They work both as developers and with developers, and their projects have spanned thousands of acres and encompassed hundreds of homes and commercial sites. Their work has earned several top design awards over the years.
Brian Strelitz has been at work in the South Florida real estate industry since the early 1990s. As a third generation entrepreneur, he is used to rolling up his sleeves in all facets from acquisition to marketing/sales to administration/management. His approach has been consistent throughout the years: acquiring property with high-demand locations and coordinating the planning and improvements with an array of amenities, providing a finished product that allows for the end user to surpass normal expectations—all at a compelling value.
Zully Ruiz knows how to approach those hidden or future property values and apply them to the property in a timely manner. She has been a unique Real Estate Broker, R.E. Consultant and R.E. Advisor since 1973, and has sold and coordinated more than 60 land subdivisions from the raw stages to the finals for most of the important developers in Miami Dade County. A pioneer in the Kendall, South Kendall and Doral areas, Zully is a true land specialist in raw land and redevelopment of infill properties with factual virtues and excellent intuition. She masterminds every transaction for success.
